1. Introduction & acceptance

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the VPNzone website, applications and VPN service (together, the "Service"), operated by ROL PORTAL SERVICES SRL ("VPNzone", "we", "us"), a company registered in Romania with registered office at Jud. Teleorman, Municipiul Alexandria, Șoseaua Pitești, Nr. 1, Clădire C1, Romania, CUI RO 36837313, Trade Register no. J2016016379403. By creating an account, subscribing, or using the Service you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

VPNzone is a virtual private network (VPN) that routes your internet traffic through an encrypted tunnel (WireGuard®) to servers we operate, replacing your visible IP address. The Service is designed for privacy and security. It provides unlimited data and unlimited devices per subscription, subject to the fair-use rules below, and operates on a strict no-logs basis as described in our Privacy Policy.

VPNzone is a privacy and security tool. It is not a licence, means or encouragement to carry out any unlawful activity. You remain solely responsible for what you do while connected.

3. Eligibility & account

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to enter a binding contract. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Your device generates its own WireGuard key pair; the private key never leaves your device.

4. Acceptable use — prohibited activities

You agree not to use, and not to allow anyone to use, the Service to:

break any applicable law or regulation, or infringe anyone's rights;
send spam, phishing, or unsolicited bulk communications;
distribute malware, run botnets, or launch attacks (port scanning, DoS/DDoS, intrusion, credential stuffing) against any system;
host or transmit child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that exploits minors — zero tolerance, reported to authorities;
infringe intellectual-property rights or facilitate large-scale piracy;
engage in fraud, money laundering, or trade in stolen data;
resell, rent, or sublicense the Service, or use it to operate a public server/relay/exit for third parties;
circumvent our fair-use, anti-abuse, or security controls, or overload/degrade the network.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this section, immediately and without refund where the breach is serious or illegal, and we will cooperate with lawful requests from competent authorities. Because we keep no activity logs, our enforcement is based on real-time abuse signals and complaints, not on your browsing history.

5. Fair use of "unlimited"

"Unlimited data" and "unlimited devices" mean we do not meter or cap your normal personal use. To keep the network fast for everyone, we may apply reasonable anti-abuse measures against behaviour that harms other users or the network — for example, sustained commercial-scale traffic, running servers/services over the tunnel, automated high-volume abuse, or account sharing beyond a household. These measures target the abuse, not ordinary use.

6. Subscriptions, billing & auto-renewal

Paid plans are sold and processed by our authorised reseller acting as Merchant of Record (Paddle.com Market Ltd) for web purchases, by Google Play for in-app purchases on Android, or by Apple (App Store) for in-app purchases on iOS — for those, Apple's own terms apply and you manage or cancel the plan in Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions. The Merchant of Record is the seller of record, appears on your statement, handles applicable taxes (VAT/GST) and issues your invoice. Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. 7. No warranty

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or uncensorable operation, particular speeds, or that any specific website, app, or streaming service will be reachable or unblocked from any location. Streaming and other providers may detect and block VPNs at any time; access is not guaranteed and is not part of the paid feature set.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ROL PORTAL SERVICES SRL, its directors, employees, affiliates and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim. These limits do not apply to liability for fraud, personal injury or death caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify ROL PORTAL SERVICES SRL against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Service or breach of these Terms.

10. Changes & termination

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service or these Terms at any time. Material changes take effect on posting; continued use indicates acceptance. You may stop using the Service at any time; we may terminate for breach as set out above.

11. Governing law, consumer rights & disputes

These Terms are governed by Romanian law and, where applicable, mandatory EU consumer-protection rules of your country of residence. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent Romanian courts, without affecting your statutory consumer rights. EU consumers may use the ODR platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
